Collaborators sought for projects on Britain and international science

I have been working on a new project looking at Britain and international relations in science
(and to some extent technology) in the 1970s. I am wondering whether I can develop it
in a collaborative fashion.

So far I have been reading the UK (mostly National Archives) documents relating to the UK's
science relations in four areas:

1) the European Communities (especially around the UK's entry into the EEC in 1973)
2) countries that signed International Technology Agreements from the late 1960s,
primarily in central and eastern Europe, including Romania, Poland, Hungary, the Soviet Union,
Czechoslovakia, Yugoslavia and Bulgaria
3) Japan
4) China (especially the developments from 1978)

I am seeking collaborators among historians of science and technology, especially those
who have the time and interest to examine documents in their own respective national archives.
The aim would be to understand international relations in science and technology in a symmetric fashion.
It would also be an interesting experiment in historiography!

I have a rough draft of a paper summarising what I have found out so far, which I am happy to share.

cheers
